Our Fees & Policies
Weitz Morgan Mediation Group is a fully virtual alternative dispute resolution practice with each professional working from a private office.
We offer flat-rate pricing for our mediation services which are booked and charged in full-day or half-day increments. For arbitrations, our attorneys bill at their standard hourly rates.
Our practice is also available to facilitate non-litigation and pre-litigation matters. Those services are billed by the attorney at standard hourly rates.
Pricing
Initial Consultation
We encourage initial consultations prior to hiring us to assist with your matter.
Initial consultations can be by phone or via a Zoom meeting and are for 30-minutes.
No charge
Mediation
Mediations are priced per session in full and half day increments. A full day is 8 hours of mediation time and a half day is 4 hours of mediation time. Our prices include our pre-mediation services and one-hour of post-mediation time. Post-mediation time is flexible based on how close the parties are to settlement. Any time devoted to settlement beyond these allotments will be billed hourly.
$1,600 - $2,000 per side (full-day)
$800 - $1,000 per side (half-day)
Arbitration & Facilitation
Arbitrations and facilitation services are priced per hour based on knowledge and experience.
Hourly rates are billed in 1/4-hour increments.
$400 - $500 per hour
